Our Connecting Hearts Foundation proudly took on the role of one of the main supporters of a remarkable Europe-wide initiative. The program “Game with Mum & Dad” was aimed at making a significant difference in the lives of children across the continent.
The “Game with Mum & Dad” program was a heartwarming initiative that provided an opportunity for children to play a game of football with their incarcerated father, mother, or caregiver. Despite the physical barriers of prison walls, this program successfully connected various local initiatives on a European scale.
For our foundation, the “Game with Mum & Dad” event was not only immensely inspiring, but it also turned out to be an incredible success. The impact it had on the lives of the participants was truly remarkable. One young participant, an 8-year-old child from Italy, shared their experience by saying, “It was short but beautiful. Dad and I haven’t had fun together for 2 years. Being with him makes me happy. I thank you.”
