Receive grants for your heart project

At Connecting Hearts we believe in the power of opportunity and equality, ensuring these children have the same rights and opportunities as all others. In our commitment to turning this vision into reality, we are offering grants of up to EUR 10,000 for projects that directly support the unique needs of these children. This funding aims to break the cycle of disadvantage and foster a supportive environment where they can thrive.

How to Apply

Apply now for our project funding programme

We invite non-profits making a difference in children’s lives to apply for our grants each year between 1 December and 31 January. To ensure alignment with our goals, please answer a set of questions about your project’s objectives and contribution to our shared vision. Review and respond thoughtfully, as your answers will help us assess your project’s potential to create meaningful change for the children of prisoners.

All funds budgeted by the Foundation for the current funding cycle have been fully committed to approved projects. Accordingly, no further applications for funding in this cycle can be considered.

Applications for the next funding round must be submitted between 1 December and 31 January.

The relevant application forms and further information regarding the application process will be made available on this website in due time before the application period begins.All applications are subject to the Foundation's applicable funding guidelines and eligibility requirements. Submission of an application does not constitute an entitlement to funding.
