At the end of March, the Board of the Connecting Hearts Foundation will meet for its semi-annual meeting. During this session, the Board will review a number of funding applications and initiatives that have reached the foundation over the past months.
We are grateful for the trust placed in our work: initiatives from four continents and more than 10 countries have shared their ideas and programs with our foundation. The diversity of approaches and the commitment of these organizations highlight the global effort to support children of incarcerated parents.
The Board will carefully review all submissions and decide on potential funding. You will soon be able to read in our News which initiatives the Connecting Hearts Foundation will support.
