We are at the first conference for women in prison in Bangkok

From February 19-21, 2025, CONNECTING HEARTS will participate in the First Women in Corrections Conference in Bangkok, hosted by the International Corrections and Prisons Association and the Thailand Institute of Justice. This event serves as a vital platform for international dialogue on the unique challenges faced by women in corrections.

As part of the conference, CONNECTING HEARTS leads a special workshop, “Kindness as a Catalyst,” focusing on practical solutions to support the families of incarcerated individuals. The session will highlight strategies to strengthen these families, with a particular emphasis on the needs of women in corrections and their children.
